Being 28

I turned 28 on Friday. I've still got two years before the big one, so didn't feel much cause for grand celebrations this year. Being the centre of attention is my worst nightmare anyway. We spent a pleasant four days milling about, eating, drinking, did I mention eating? The weather has been a washout over the weekend, so a trip to the zoo was cancelled, along with the Glasgow Transport Museum. They'll all have to wait for another day. Quality not quantity is how I wanted to spend a four day weekend, and did just that.

My work found the most awesome stationary from Present & Correct, with a custom embossed AW into the leather pencil case. They must know me too well, as I'm a sucker for personalisation of items. So much so, I decided to order a Cambridge Satchel with my initials embossed into it also. Have a wait a month to see how that works out though.









Caitie found me a wool blazer too, I've been looking for the right one forever so glad to finally have snug fitting one of my own to last through the winter months. Wool jackets, leather satchels, personalised stationary… bring on the next meeting!

Red, yellow and blue aren't even the primary colours. Cyan, magenta, yellow and black for print. Not sure how that got past such a well executed set of stationary, but hey, can't all be perfect.
